ToolZeit – Breathe 2 Relax
What’s it do or what’s it for?
An app that instructs diaphragmatic breathing exercises to relax.
Personalized settings so you can customize your practice to match your personal pace of breathing when you are relaxed.
There are visual settings,audio settings, breathing cycle settings.
Calming students down. Developed at the National Center for Telehealth and Technology for soldiers to treat PTSD. Same idea as brain gym that these breathing exercises helps blood flow to the brain and can help improve the learning process by making sure the brain stays alert. Students can use these simple exercises on their own, and teachers can use them in class to help keep energy levels up throughout the day.
