Study: Organic Produce Has More Antioxidants and Flavanones

Finally, a huge meta-study states very clearly that organic foods are healthier to consume than conventionally grown foods. Two years ago, there was a meta-study out of Stanford which indicated there was no nutritional benefit from eating organic. This meta-study is much larger and the details are striking. For instance, organic food contained 17% more antioxidants and a group of anti-cancer compounds known as flavanones were 69 percent higher. Get the details and listen in now!
