When I started this endeavor I thought I'd try it out for thirty days and see what happens.
Yesterday I saw this video on ted.com. Matt Cutts started trying all sorts of things for 30 days and the ones he enjoys stick. That is a wonderful way to make little changes in your life!
Try it sometime.
Why not now!?
Think of a habit you really want to incorporate in your life and just give it a shot.
