The Curbside Investigator

Listener Neil had some questions as a newly licensed PI.  After talking with Neil, I realized that his questions were probably shared by many new PI’s and definitely worth talking about.  We discussed liability, databases, and taking the conservative approach in order to stay out of trouble.  It’s not for everyone but it’s worked for me.  I’d love to hear your comments on the topic!
