While I normally post my podcast on Sundays, so much interest was generated by this “talk-with” Rep. Robaina, that I posted the podcast one day early.   While the homeowner act was changed, the Governor vetoed the bill. In talking with Rep. Robaina he will again bring the HOA act for next year.  Rep.
