Doug was also founder and CEO of Quantum Consulting & Placement a Minneapolis based IT consulting and placement services company. Doug is frequently quoted in the press on workforce and career related trends including major publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Business 2.0 and is a featured speaker/presenter at HR and technology conferences, and holds an honorary Doctorate Degree from Capella University. |
