Multiple time author, TV host and now novelist, Steven Raichlen, joins me and Steve for the balance of the first hour to talk some turkey, side dishes and literature.

Steve DiFranco and I review a new BBQ sauce that will hit the markets soon. This time it is from a show contributor and successful competition cook, Malcom Reed, from Killer Hogs BBQ.
