He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth Univ. with a degree in Exercise Science and has been employed in the health and fitness industry more than 12 years. From 2001 to 2005 he owned and operated a private training studio in the heart of the Big Apple, serving everyone from the everyday moms, investment bankers to high fashion models. He's currently the co-founder of a social media website PickYourOwnTrainer.com. It serves fitness professionals and those seeking their services. PJ Martyn has worked in corporate America the last five years in London, NYC and Charlotte. He's also passionate about fitness and training and is a certified personal trainer. PJ is a strong advocate of a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition and says we can only be healthier, happier and fitter by making gradual changes –NOT trying for fast track results. He's co-founder of the sports nutrition company Eat The Bear – they make clean and lean protein and supplements and educate the fitness community through weekly blogs.
