Mindy works helps people come up with a comprehensive approach to integrate health and personal growth into a program for Whole Life Nourishment (www.WholelifeNourishment.com). Susan Taylor is a 50 something baby boomer & mother of 2 Millennials. She graduated from college, got married and worked at her career for 30 straight years -House, husband, cars, kids. Everything but the white picket fence! Shes gone through her own transition recently - kids graduating from college and she left HER longtime career to pursue HER lifes passion - launching a professional coaching practice focused on lifes transitions. Liz Mongan lives in Charlottesville, Virginia and is a 2010 graduate of Georgetown University. She works in finance by day and writes a fitness blog, The Rogue Runner, by night. Liz is a runner herself and a CrossFit enthusiast too. Katanga Johnson is a senior, Philosophy major/Economics minor at Morehouse College. He was a volunteer missionary at the London 2012 Olympics and is Editor-in-Chief of the Morehouse Business Newsletter, the MBA Today. Born and reared in the Bahamas, Katanga wants to work in Academia and Social Entrepreneurship to empower the young in small island states and improve third-world education.
